Andrea Picciotti-Bayer

Director, the Conscience Project

Andrea Picciotti-Bayer is Director of the Conscience Project. A Stanford-educated lawyer, she has dedicated her legal career to civil rights and appellate advocacy. She got her start in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, specializing in institutional reform and also handling enforcement of federal civil rights laws in the Appellate Section.

 

She is a frequent contributor to the National Catholic Register and has also written for the Washington Post, CNN en Español, the New York Post, RealClear, the Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, and Crux.

Andrea is the host of the Religious Freedom Matters podcast.
